A: We specialize in highspeeds, low speeds, lab handpieces, electrics, air scalers and attachments. All makes and models are repaired. For specific model names click here.

Q: How do I send my handpieces in to be repaired by Popp's Dental Handpiece Repair?

A: Print out a free business reply shipping label, affix it to the top of any box you have and ship it through the mail. There is no charge for shipping to us.

A. You may find the repair cost listed in our price page, however you could just call us.

Q: I'm not sure what is wrong with my handpieces. Will you call me with an estimate?

A: Sure! Just include a note or repair order form with a brief description of the issues (ie. doesn't spin, doesn't run, no water, optics, etc.) We will inspect all handpieces thoroughly and call you to discuss our findings. We only charge you for what needs to be repaired. Charging you an overhaul fee doesn't seem fair if only a small repair is necessary.

A: Our goal is to complete your order and ship it back out to you that same day.

How long is my warranty and what does it cover?

A: Each warranty period begins at the date of invoice. All warranty claims will be void due to neglect, lack of maintenance, and/or improper handling.

Q: What do I do if I have a warranty claim?

A: All warranty claims are tracked accurately by serial number at Popp's Dental Handpiece Repair. Every handpiece that we receive is automatically checked for warranty. If your handpiece is under warranty, you will not be charged for the repair. Our business ethic will ensure your warranty coverage regardless of whether or not you keep track of your repair history. A: We ship your order back to you via USPS Priority or UPS. We can ship it faster upon request. If you send in 3 or more handpieces, shipping is FREE. Otherwise, there will be a small fee for shipping and handling, typically $6-$8.
